RETURNS:

Not satisfied? We accept returns within 30 days from delivery.  If 30 days have gone by since your package has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

Thank you for your purchase!! We hope you love your new items, but if for any reason they didn’t work out, you may exchange or return them for a full refund. Please see more detailed information below.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be received in their original saleable condition – new, unused, with all original tags and labels attached.

A few items can't be returned, including:

  • Clearance items
  • Items marked "Non-Returnable"
  • Items you have already assembled

All returns may be subject to a restocking/repackaging fee of 25%:

Be sure to contact us for a return authorization before shipping your order back.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Orders may only be canceled within 2 business hours of placement. If your order shows “Approved” it is already in process and may not be canceled. 

RETURN PROCESS:

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and. Make sure the items have not been used or damaged. Include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

***Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

To begin the return process, you will need an RMA, please email us at [email protected] to receive one. If the return is the result of our error, we will send you a return shipping label. All necessary instructions will be sent to you.

REFUNDS: (if applicable)

After receiving your return and checking the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three to five business days from your request to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCHANGES: (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. We will send you easy instructions on how to process the exchange.

For products delivered defective or damaged, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange. [email protected]

PLEASE NOTE:

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Gifts: If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the items were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
